ISO 22301:2019 is the international standard for a business continuity management system. It sets out a structured, auditable way to manage this part of your business and demonstrate to customers, regulators and partners that you do it well. Certification is awarded by an accredited certification body after a successful audit — and maintained through ongoing use and periodic surveillance.
